Happy Hatchlings Childcare was founded by Echo Curtis, a passionate educator with a deep, lifelong commitment to children’s growth and learning. Echo’s philosophy is simple: every child deserves a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment to thrive.

Echo’s background provides a unique level of expertise that sets Happy Hatchlings apart:
- Academic Excellence: Echo holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Elementary Education—a dedication that guarantees a professional, knowledge-based approach to early learning and development.
- Veteran Classroom Teacher: She has years of direct experience teaching children from preschool through 5th grade, including extensive work in K-5 public school classrooms.
- Specialized Care: Echo was a certified Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) and has served as a Paraprofessional, specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and working directly with children who have special needs. This experience ensures that Happy Hatchlings offers an inclusive environment built on a profound understanding of diverse learning styles and emotional needs.
- Compliance and Professionalism: Echo was a formerly licensed teacher, a testament to her commitment to upholding the highest professional and ethical standards in education.
